WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS OF ANY KIND ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS POLICY IN FULL.
WHY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
HIGH PURITY PEPTIDES SELLS RESEARCH-GRADE PEPTIDE COMPOUNDS THAT REQUIRE STRICT STORAGE AND HANDLING PROTOCOLS TO MAINTAIN INTEGRITY. ONCE A PRODUCT LEAVES OUR FACILITY, WE HAVE NO MEANS OF VERIFYING THAT PROPER STORAGE CONDITIONS — INCLUDING TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, AND CONTAMINATION CONTROLS — HAVE BEEN MAINTAINED.
ACCEPTING RETURNS OF RESEARCH CHEMICAL PRODUCTS WOULD COMPROMISE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR INVENTORY AND POSE UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY CONTROL RISKS. FOR THIS REASON, WE MAINTAIN A STRICT NO-RETURN, NO-REFUND POLICY WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. ALL ORDERS BEGIN PROCESSING IMMEDIATELY UPON PAYMENT. WHILE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED, WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ASSIST IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN PACKAGING AND QUALITY-CHECKING EVERY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS. IN THE RARE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT IS VISIBLY DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR IS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS ORDERED, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@HIGHPURITYPEPTIDES.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

- A CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE
- PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING
HIGH PURITY PEPTIDES WILL REVIEW EACH CLAIM INDIVIDUALLY. AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WE MAY OFFER A REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME PRODUCT OR STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER THE 7-DAY WINDOW WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. HIGH PURITY PEPTIDES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY CLAIM THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA OR WHERE DAMAGE IS DETERMINED TO BE THE RESULT OF IMPROPER STORAGE OR HANDLING BY THE CUSTOMER.
LOST SHIPMENTS
IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS YOUR ORDER AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE FIRST CHECK WITH NEIGHBORS AND YOUR LOCAL USPS FACILITY. IF THE PACKAGE IS CONFIRMED LOST BY USPS, CONTACT US AT INFO@HIGHPURITYPEPTIDES.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. WE WILL ASSIST IN FILING A USPS CLAIM AND, UPON CONFIRMATION OF LOSS, MAY OFFER A REPLACEMENT AT OUR DISCRETION. HIGH PURITY PEPTIDES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER.
NO EXCEPTIONS

WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, INCLUDING FOR ORDERS PLACED IN ERROR, DUPLICATE ORDERS, OR CHANGES IN RESEARCH NEEDS.
